Eligibility and experience

You must meet the eligibility requirements shown during account creation. Companions are fictional and responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Responses may be inaccurate and are not professional advice.

Safe use

Use the mobile app only for lawful, respectful, age-appropriate conversation. Requests outside the app’s safety boundaries may be blocked. We may restrict accounts when necessary to protect users and the service.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. You can report an AI response, contact support, sign out, or initiate account deletion from Settings.

Availability

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable, including when a safety system cannot return a reliable decision. The mobile app fails closed when required safety services are unavailable.
