Mobile app terms
Eligibility and AI experience
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. aiAllure Companion is a fully SFW service. Every companion is a fictional computer program, not a human being, and cannot feel emotion. Generated responses may be inaccurate and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Safe use
Use the app only for lawful and respectful conversation. Do not request or attempt to create sexual content, content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, real-person sexual likenesses or voice impersonation, dangerous instructions, self-harm encouragement, hidden system instructions, or access to another product’s data. Requests may be blocked and accounts may be restricted to protect users and the service.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. You can report an AI response, contact support, sign out, or initiate account deletion from Settings.
Companion Plus subscriptions
If offered in your region, Companion Plus is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription purchased only through Apple App Store or Google Play. The app shows the current localized price, billing period, renewal terms, included limits, and restore/manage controls before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews unless cancelled through that store before its renewal deadline. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not refund the current period; refund decisions are made under Apple’s or Google’s rules and applicable law. Deleting an account does not itself cancel store billing.
Presence Call, memory, and notifications
Presence Call is a realtime synthetic-voice conversation with fictional AI, not a phone call with a person. It requires microphone permission and has clearly displayed usage limits. Bounded audio snapshots pass transiently through the isolated mobile API to create text and are not written to the aiAllure product database or storage. You can mute the microphone at any time and delete the saved text transcript. Memory is optional and stores only cards you approve. Moments and push notifications require separate opt-in and can be paused or disabled. These features remain subject to safety review and may be unavailable when a required safety service or feature switch is off.
Availability
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable, including when a safety system cannot return a reliable decision. The mobile app fails closed when required safety services are unavailable.
Content and ownership
You retain rights you have in the text you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, safety-check, and return it as part of the mobile service. You may not submit content you lack permission to use. Companion names, reviewed assets, app software, and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Ending use and statutory rights
You may stop using the app, cancel a subscription through the billing store, export mobile data, or use the in-app deletion choices. Nothing in these terms limits consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your country.
