How can we help?
aiAllure Companion is a fully SFW fictional-AI companion app for iOS and Android. For sign-in, conversation, Presence Call, memory, Moments, subscriptions, reporting, privacy, or account questions, contact our team and mention that you use the mobile app.
Safety and account controls
- Report an AI response using the Report action below that response or during a Presence Call.
- End a Presence Call at any time and delete its text transcript from the call summary.
- Review, edit, pause, or delete memory cards from Memories.
- Control Moment cadence, quiet hours, and notification privacy from Moments.
- Export mobile data or choose a deletion scope from Settings.
- Read the safety and crisis protocol, mobile privacy notice, or web deletion pathway.
Subscription help
Use Restore Purchases in the app if Companion Plus is missing after reinstalling or changing devices. Use Manage Subscription to change or cancel renewal through the store that billed you. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google billing. Apple or Google decides refund requests under its store rules.
Notification privacy
Notifications are optional. Neutral lock-screen wording is the default, and conversation excerpts are never placed in a push notification. You can pause Moments in the app or disable notifications in device settings.
Not an emergency service
This inbox is not continuously monitored and cannot provide crisis care. If you may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. See Safety and Crisis Help for current resources.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days. Urgent account-security concerns are prioritized.
