Mobile privacy notice

This notice describes the aiAllure Companion iOS and Android app, operated by Novera Group s.r.o.

Data used by the app

We process account identifiers such as your email address, authentication and session information, the companion you select, your mobile chat messages, message timestamps, safety reports, technical security records, and account-deletion requests. Authentication tokens are kept in the device’s secure storage.

Why it is used

We use this data to authenticate you, synchronize conversations across signed-in devices, generate and review AI responses, enforce service limits, investigate reports, secure the service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, AI generation, and safety review. They process data on our behalf to provide those functions. Avoid putting highly sensitive personal information in a companion conversation.

Device access

The current release does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifier, tracking permission, or notifications.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and conversation data while needed to provide the service and meet security or legal requirements. You can initiate permanent deletion of your account and associated data in Settings or through our web deletion pathway. We aim to complete a valid request within 30 days, except for information that must be retained for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
