Delete your aiAllure Companion account
A valid deletion request covers your account and associated account data, including mobile companion conversations, except information we must retain for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
Delete from the app
- Open aiAllure Companion and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the request.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address attached to your account. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
What happens next
We aim to process valid requests within 30 days and will send confirmation when complete. Deletion cannot be undone. Contact mobile support if you need help.
